If you order on a weekend or a holiday, or on a business day after 3 PM Mountain Time, your shipping time would be Next Business Day + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time.
For example, if you select UPS 2nd Day Air on a weekend or a holiday, or on a business day after 3 PM Mountain Time, your shipment will arrive in 3 business days. This means your total delivery time will be 1 business day (it ships out one business day after you place your order) + 2 business days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your doorstep in 3 business days. If you ship an item UPS Next Day Air Saver, it will arrive the next day only if you place your order before 3 PM Mountain Time on a business day, and only if the next day is also a business day. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
Shipping costs will be given to you before you finalize your order. If you wish, you can go back and change shipping methods to see the difference in price before submitting your order.
If an item is oversized, your order may be subject to additional shipping charges, based on the dimensional weight of the package. If this is the case, you will be notified and a response will be required before we can ship your order.
If your order is not deliverable to the address provided or if it is refused, you will be responsible for any shipping costs charged by the carrier to send it back to us. The original shipping charges are also not refundable.

Any damages or shortages must be reported within 72 hours from when your package is delivered. You must keep all packing and shipping boxes and materials or a claim cannot be filed on your behalf for damaged items. We are only able to refund shipping costs if a wrong item was sent. If an item arrives damaged, we will send out another item via the same shipping method as originally chosen.
HALLOWEEN COSTUMES, MASKS AND ACCESSORIES RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Due to the one time use and seasonal nature of costume items, standard policy for these items has always been no returns or exchanges. However, costumes purchased on the internet cannot be inspected for quality or tried on ahead of time. Recognizing this, Party Products has developed the following policies for seasonal items. If for any reason you are not happy with your costume selection, you may exchange it for a different size or for something of equal value, subject to the terms and conditions below.
- There are No Returns or Exchanges on Hats, Wigs, Masks, Shoes, Make Up or Costume Accessories. Please inspect and contact us for any shipping damage or defects.
- Costumes may be exchanged for a different size or another item of equal value within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Please open your costume, inspect it for any damage or missing accessories and try it on as soon as it arrives.
- All items are quality checked prior to shipping. If an item is damaged in shipping or arrives incomplete, please contact us immediately upon inspection.
- You must call 1-866-400-9960 within 3 days of receiving your merchandise to report any damage or shortages, or to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for returns or exchanges, along with further instructions.
- Party Products is not responsible for shipping charges on exchanges or returns.
- Once authorization is given for a return or exchange, your package must be postmarked within 5 days of the Return Merchandise Authorization date.
Items shipped after the RMA expiration date will be refused and returned to sender.
- Items being returned MUST be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on worn merchandise.
Items will be sent back to you at your expense if we feel they have been worn (besides to try on), washed, soiled or exposed to pet hair, smoke etc. and no credit will be issued.
- Items sent to us without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
- Shipments refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to return to sender fees.
- There are NO returns or exchanges on special orders or on orders containing over 12 pieces of an item.
- Prices are subject to change. We do not issue credit or refunds for changes in price.
- IMPORTANT Halloween Exchange Policy Exclusion Dates: Due to the seasonal nature of costume merchandise, SALES ARE FINAL on all orders shipped between October 17th and October 31st. ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. We advise you to order early to avoid problems and disappointment during this short block out period.

The manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We do reflect any changes in the website descriptions as soon as we become aware of them. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service and merchandise. All of our items carry a 30 day money back guarantee, as long as items are returned in the same mint condition as received. If you do not wish to keep the item you have purchased, you must call us within 30 days toll free at 866-400-9960 to obtain an RMA number. You can then return it at your shipping expense for a refund of the purchase price (you get full credit for merchandise, but not the shipping cost). Once we issue an RMA number, it will be valid for 10 business days only. All returns without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
If you return merchandise for a refund that qualified your order for free shipping, the shipping costs on the original shipment will be deducted from your refund. Returns should be shipped by UPS so that it is trackable, and fully insured. Once your return is received, a refund will be processed within 2 weeks to the original credit card used for the purchase.
